Eileen Torres

Eileen Torres entered the world of finance with more questions than answers—questions about how financial systems function, who they serve, and what it takes to create long-term financial stability across generations. With four years of experience in the financial services industry, Eileen brings a focused, analytical mindset to her role as an Investment Assistant. Her skills are grounded in real-world exposure to market dynamics and client needs.

A graduate of the University of Connecticut’s School of Business (Class of 2024), she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management.  She began her career at Citibank, where she quickly earned a reputation for strategic thinking, sharp analysis, and data-informed judgment. Since then, she has taken the lead on client-facing initiatives, understanding that exceptional service begins with getting to know each client and listening to their needs. 

Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, sailing, and is currently studying Mandarin. Eileen is also fluent in Spanish.
